Villa Wellspacher offers quietly located private luxury apartment accommodation in the “Schneebergblicksiedlung” (Snow Mountain View) residential area of Semmering, 2 km from the Zauberberg–Semmering Ski Area.

Each Apartment comes with free Wi-Fi and large windows offering fantastic views of the Schneeberg and Sonnwendstein Mountains. A fully equipped kitchen, flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a living and dining area are provided in all apartments at Villa Wellspacher, in addition to the 2 Bedrooms. Private bathrooms come with a bath, shower and bathroom amenities. A car port is available for 4 cars and is free of charge. A large garden and shared Terrace can be enjoyed and ski/snowboard equipment can be stored and dried on site.

The centre of Semmering is less than a 10-minute drive away where restaurants, shops and other amenities can be found, the Train Station is a 20-minute walk (5 min drive) away and the Golf Club is 6 km away.
